This section, (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you about the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (Products) listed on our website www.junqcouture.co.uk(our site). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our sites or ordering any products.

www.junqcouture.co.uk is a site operated by Globe Import/Export Limited (we, our, us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 7708909. Our Company's registered office address is Unit 1, 35b Broughton Street, Manchester M8 8LZ. Our contact telephone number is +44 (0) 161 850 3600 and contact email address is email@example.com.
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it without any problem. We will also confirm your order on our system and dispatch the same day cut off time is 1pm. The contract between us (Contract) will only be made when we send you this email to confirm acceptance and dispatch. Please note that only those products accepted and dispatched will be included in the contract.
We regularly update and check our stocks to avoid any inconvenience. However due to our high stock levels, all products and items are subject to stock availability. You will be informed as soon as possible if all the products in your order are not available and your order will be cancelled. If only some of the products in your order are available, you will be informed in your acceptance and dispatch email. If you make the payment by credit, debit or PayPal for products which are not available, we will offer you a refund or exchange. We'll refund anything you paid, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card.
All of the prices displayed on our site include Value Added Tax where applicable. We offer free UK delivery, and charge for non-UK addresses. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Due to the large number of products on our site, it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error, we will normally, at our discretion, either: (i) contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it; or (ii) reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards. We also accept payment by PayPal.
Please note that if you wish to pay for your products using PayPal, and you do not already have an existing PayPal account, you will be required to set up a new account with PayPal directly. Presently, we do not accept cash, cheques or gift vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in pounds sterling. Non-UK credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-UK card holders will be liable to pay. If your order rejected or cancelled for any reason, this charge will be credited back to your PayPal account.
We offer free UK delivery on any sale online, and your items will be dispatched at the same day subjects to stock availability and cut off time is 1pm. Estimated arrival date for our standard delivery is 2-3 working days. Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer. When you have chosen the products you want to buy from us, the delivery address will default automatically to the billing address you have entered for your payment card. If you want us to deliver your order to a different address, you can choose this option as you go through the checkout process. We also offer special next day delivery service for £5.99. Non-UK deliveries are subjected to be charged and take longer than usual, please contact us for further details.
Deliveries outside of the UK
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK.
Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.
We aim to deliver a hassle-free service, but things might go wrong and if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any products in unused condition within 28 days of purchase with a valid dispatch note/invoice. Please note: There are a few exceptions outlined below. You can return items to us by POST from UK & International addresses. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. After receiving your item we will examine it and if the fault is on our side, we will send a replacement item. If you want us to issue a refund, items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency.
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
- You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products but please retain and return the original packaging.
- You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- Shoes must not be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
- Tags and labels must not be removed from any items.
- The products are your responsibility until they reach our fulfilment centre, therefore we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the products you are returning and you should obtain proof of postage from the postal service you choose.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, your refund may be refused or you may have to compensate us.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect your statutory rights.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute (whether or not involving Junq Couture, employees), or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Law and Jurisdiction
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal statutory rights.
